Utilization of Natural Dyes Solutions and Glycerol for the Quality and Durability of Direct Wet Mount Preparations Storage in Educational Laboratories

Educational laboratories require the availability of direct wet mount preparations that can last a long time with good quality. Various studies have mentioned techniques so time. This study aims to analyze composition dyes and glycerol in worm eggs on quality shelf life preparations. The solvent variations used for were Angkak 2%, eosin addition concentration 20%-45%. number treatments repetitions was 70 samples, which observed first, second, third, fourth weeks.
